Challenge Me Monday #122

Hello everyone!  It's Monday which means there is a new challenge at FCCB.  I used to love camping as a kid.  These days my idea of camping is in a hotel but I do still absolutely love S'mores.  Last year we bought a gas grill and so we weren't making S'mores after we BBQ'd.  However, I learned how to make indoor S'mores this summer.  Put your oven on broil, place aluminum foil on a cookie sheet, grab as many marshmallows as you would like to roast and place them on the cookie sheet.  Watch the marshmallows closely for a couple of minutes, they will brown, flip for another couple of minutes to brown the other side, then assemble your S'mores.  They turn out wonderfully!

This week we want to see your projects that are camping themed. I have had the Campin' Critters cartridge for awhile but have never used it before now.  I am really bad about doing that. I decided to make a thank you note for all of the wonderful adults who went to scout camp this year.  It was so hot!  The base of my card is cut at 5"x6.5".  I resized the grass in my gypsy so it would fit the width of my card.  Instead of cutting eyes, I used some googly eyes that I had stashed away.  The background is heat embossed with clear embossing powder and a background stamp from Pink By Design.
