PKS Challenge #23

Happy Wednesday everyone!  I hope you all are having a fabulous week.  Mine has been productive but very busy.  It has been super hot.  So, instead of doing yard work in the heat, I played with my craft stuff.  This card was super easy and was cut with my Cameo.  The base of the card was cut at 4"x5.5" and the file came from My Scrap Chick.

Challenge Me Monday

Happy Monday!  It's time for another challenge at FCCB.  This week we want to see your projects with either a bell, cross, or church on it.  The project doesn't have to be religious but needs to include the color BLUE  I actually had a hard time coming up with something for this challenge.  It didn't turn out exactly how I wanted but thats ok.  The base of the card was cut at 4"x5.5".  I heat embossed the blue mat with clear embossing powder with a stamp from Market Street Stamps.  The flowers are My Creative Time dies and were cut out with my Cuttlebug.  The bell came from the Sweethearts cartridge and was cut at 2.5".  Lastly, I added some faux pearls and ribbon.

Peachy Keen Challenge #22

Hello everyone!  I hope you all had a wonderful weekend.  Mine went by too fast.  I helped throw a baby shower for a good friend of mine.  It was so good to see her and a couple other friends.  I do not see them often enough, we all live in different cities.  After the shower, I got out my Copics which sadly have not been used in awhile.  I forgot how much I loved them.  The cute little fairy is from Peachy Keen's June SOTM.  I cut the SVG's out on my Cameo, stamped, and then colored.  The banner is a Lori Whitlock file that I resized from the Silhouette store.  I heat embossed it with clear embossing powder.  The background stamp I used is Market Street's Cane stamp.  I added some stickles to the wings and buttons to the bottom.

This cute litte fairy is on an action wobble.  It took me forever to get a picture of it actually moving. :)

Hello everyone!  I have a card to share with you that I made for a friends of mine who is having a baby in a couple of months.  Her shower is Saturday and I am so excited to celebrate with her!  I did the decorations and will post pictures later.  The card was cut with my Cameo and the base was cut at 4"x5.5".  Both the bear and stars are SVG files that came from Paper Piecing's By Nikki.

Father's Day

Happy Wednesday everyone!  Today has been absolutely crazy.  I am helping throw a baby shower for a friend of mine on Saturday and I am trying to get all of the details finished.  I did manage to get some real simple Father's Day cards finished up which is good because they need to be mailed tomorrow.  The base of my card was cut at 5"x6.5".  The scalloped circle is a Lori Whitlock file from the Silhouette store.  The ties are dies from My Creative Time and were cut with my Cuttlebug.

FCCB Challenge Me Monday #114

Hello everyone!  Welcome to another Challenge Me Monday at FCCB!  The weekend has flown by and I can't believe June is already here. This means that the creepy crawlies are out in full force. We currently have a black snack living in our bush.  My dog is not doing her job well enough and scaring it away.  I'm ok with it being there as long as I don't see it. :)  This week we want to see your projects with bugs!

For my card this week, the base was cut 5"x6.5".  All of the matting items were cut from Birthday Bash.  The cute little bee came from Create a Critter and was cut at 3.5".  I heat embossed the scalloped circle with clear embossing powder with the Cane background stamp from Market Street Stamps.  I added some stickles to the wings on the bee and pearls for the antenna.  Lastly, I added some faux stitching and glossy accents to the cute PKS face.
