Peachy Keen Color Challenge

Hello everyone!  It has been forever since I have had any time to craft but recently I was able to sneak some time in.  Here is the color scheme given for the latest Peachy Keen Challenge:

For my card I wanted to do something quick and easy so I pulled out Miss Emma's Surprise Pop-out Card Die.  It is so fun to play with and makes really easy cards!  The adorable little bunny came from Peachy Keen and I colored it with Copics. All of the other dies I used also came from My Creative Time and were cut out with my Sizzix Vagabond.  I added some glossy accents and chalk to the bunny and put the whole thing together.  Easy, peasy!

Items used:
Peachy Keen Stamps: March 2013 SOTM
Copic Markers
Sizzix Vagabond
Glossy Accents
Chalk

Happy Birthday!

Hello everyone!  This is the last project I have to share with you that I made this weekend.  My Aunt's birthday is this week and this is the card I made for her.  Everything I used for this was a My Creative Time product.  I cut all of the dies out with my Vegabond which I bought over Christmas on Amazon as a lightning deal.  I absolutely love how it cuts, so detailed and I don't have to run it through more than once.

Items Used:
My Creative Time: 4x4 Journal Die, Just My Type stamp set, Flower
Petal Dies, Stitched Dolly Dies
White Gelly Roll Pen
Tim Holtz Vegabond
Random Ribbon

Valentine's Day

Hello and happy Monday!  I decided to do something a little different for Valentine's Day this year.  I bought Miss Emma's Build a Postcard set forever ago but had not yet had a chance to play with it.  So, instead of sending cards this year I made some postcards to send out.  This also gave me the perfect chance to play with the newest release from My Creative Time.  I absolutely LOVE all of her stuff!  Super easy to put together!  Here are the two different postcards I made:

Items Used:
My Creative Time: Fun Airplane Die, Plane and Simple Stamp Set, 4x4 Journal Die, Stitched Cartoon Clouds, 4x6 Journal Die

Items Used:
My Creative Time: 4x6 Journal Die and Puffy Hearts Just For You

Halloween LO

Hello everyone!  One of my resolutions this year is to do more scrapbooking!  I am so far behind it is ridiculous.  Now that I have started digital scrapping I have cranked out more layouts than I have in a long time.  I am making progress!  Tonight I have two very simple LO's to share with you done with a project life template.  So easy to put together!  I designed everything in photoshop elements using Lori Whitlock's Life Templates and Sahlin Studio's Project Mouse: Halloween.  So easy!

Happy New Year!

Hello everyone and happy 2014!  2013 was a crazy year for our family but despite every challenge there is a lot we have to be thankful for.  I am looking forward to the new year and everything it has in store!  I have a few digital layouts that I want to share with you today.  I designed these weeks ago but I had them printed and framed as Christmas gifts so I am just now getting them posted.  Everything was designed using photoshop elements 12 and I had 12x12 prints made at Mpix.  It was my first attempt doing something digital like this as a gift and I have to say they went over pretty well.  They made perfect gifts for our family!

Merry Christmas!

Hello everyone and Merry Christmas just a few days late.  I hope you all had a wonderful holiday.  I decided to enter my Christmas cards into the peachy keen photo challenge.  This is the picture that inspired the cards below.

These cards were super simple to make.  Everything was cut with my Cameo.  The banner and nesting shapes came from the Silhouette store and the adorable gingerbread people came from SVG cutting files.  I put everything together, added some stickles, doodling, heat embossed my sentiment and added an adorable PKS face.  Easy peasy!

Items Used:
SVG Cutting files: Holiday Set 1
My Creative Time: Fun Variety on the Inside & Out
Peachy Keen Stamps: Sweet & Innocent Assortment
White embossing powder
Heat gun
Stickles
Chalk
